A biotech division of one the largest global pharmaceutical companies wanted to interview a diverse group of candidates for a Security Manager job that for years had only attracted white male applicants.

When the role’s recruiter pasted the existing job description into Talent Sonar’s job description analyzer, it came back with a score of -37 and several recommendations of areas for improvement. After making the changes needed to get the job description to a neutral tone that is proven to attract a broader, more diverse applicant pool, the recruiter posted the job online and to their social network.
